This lets designers create prototypes that look and feel like real products, and accurately show design intent in colour, material and finish. The J8 series 3D printers are multi-material; Pantone™ validated printers that provide a rich canvas of colour combinations that let users create the most realistic models and prototypes in the shortest time possible, eliminating the need for painting or assembly. Colour matching to Pantone shades is possible in a single click from the Stratasys GrabCAD Print software.The J8 series from Stratasys provide unmatched capability to achieve maximum realism for 3D printing applications in the design, medical and educational disciplines. The printers provide a choice of material properties, from rigid to flexible and opaque to transparent. This eliminates the need to use tedious multiple processes to create realistic prototypes and models. The J826, J850 and J850 are capable of combining seven different materials in a single part for unprecedented combinations of colour, transparency and flexibility. Theses 3D printers allow the creation of a multitude of textures including simulated leather, soft touch materials, and wood-grain.
